Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for your assigned vehicles from dispatch through to quality checks and road tests.
Work in accordance with our standards as well as Volkswagen’s standards for quality service and repair.
Follow the repair order efficiently and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Quickly find the source of problems causing complaints and repair as authorized.
Maintain good communication with internal departments and co-workers, such as the Parts Department and service advisors.
Find, label, and retain parts as needed for warranty service or customer requests.
Alert service advisor to any changes in work, such as more work needed, no work required, or more time necessary to complete given work.
Record all work performed as required.
Quality check your work and road test vehicles to ensure customer’s needs are met.
Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins, training classes, and federal, local, and state regulations regarding service and repair.
Maintain cleanliness of customer’s vehicle.
Follow regulations, housekeeping policies, and other procedures with exactness.
